WORKING WITH YOUR COMMUNITY

Reducing volatile substance misuse requires a community wide response. Every community will have different levels of volatile substance misuse and a unique set of circumstances are needed to help influence the success or failure of interventions, retailers are part of these interventions. It may be useful to contact your city council or local community centre to see what other initiatives have been taken to reduce the misuse of volatile substances, there may be opportunity to share experiences and work together in stopping the misuse of volatile products.
